What I've discovered in my hours of coffee shop catch ups with fellow mums is that we're all sailing in a pretty similar boat. We're all thinking constantly about our kids, and how we can improve thier lives. We worry about their mental health, their circle of friends, their sleep, their diet. Do they know how much we love them? Are they feeling secure, and loved and worthy?
I don't think we should stop doing those things, we couldn't even if we tried.
But . . . . what if we did those things for ourselves too . . .? And for our fellow mums?
Is your mental health ok? Do you have a wide enough circle of friends? Are you getting enough sleep? Do you feel secure and loved and worthy?
